Bay Tree Cottage Accommodation

Located in the heart of rural Northamptonshire, Bay Tree Cottage offers a selection of B&B and self-catering accommodation that is full of charm and character, making it perfect for weekend and short-term lets, a self-catering holiday or a mid-week visit for couples, families and businessmen. A warm welcome is guaranteed, along with some delicious homemade cake!

B&B accommodation is available in two fully equipped self-contained Grade 2 listed cottages dating back to 1880, each with their own entrance. Crockery Cottage sleeps 6 (with 2 bedrooms plus a sofa bed) and The Bottle Top sleeps 4 (with a double room plus sofa bed). Each cottage comprises of a downstairs reception room and small kitchen area with a spiral staircase leading to a large double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. In each cottage, there is also a sofa bed if required (additional cost applicable). Renovated sympathetically, and to a high standard, the cottages are full of charm and quirky features. Prices include a full continental breakfast with fresh homemade bread, which is left in the cottages for guests to enjoy at their leisure!

In our other development we have 3 more properties, The Bakers (1 bedroom), The Weavers (2 bedrooms) & The Foragers (3 bedrooms), plus a wonderful function room for group events and parties. Each accommodation unit is self-contained with its own separate entrance. They all have their own kitchen area equipped with all equipment and utensils for guests to enjoy a little home cooking.

For anyone wanting to enjoy a little alfresco dining, there is a large seating area & BBQ with fantastic views over the fields … a great place to relax and unwind!
