Moulton Leisure Centre

Moulton Leisure Centre offers a great range of activities and sports to keep everyone active, and has the very latest facilities that will help you achieve all your fitness goals. 

The swimming pool is available for casual swim sessions and inflatable fun sessions as well as offering Everyone Active’s award-winning swimming lessons to both adults and children. There’s also a state-of-the-art gym, a group fitness studio and group cycling studio to keep you active. The health suite is the ideal place to wind down after a workout, with a sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi to encourage relaxation of body and mind.

Gym

Moulton Leisure Centre’s state-of-the-art 80 station gym offers a great range of facilities. This includes both cardio and strength training equipment, as well as a superb free weights area and a host of functional equipment.

Swimming pool

The 25m swimming pool has a movable floor and an entrance ramp to ensure it’s accessible to all.  Whether it’s Everyone Active’s award-winning swimming lessons programme or Lane Swimming, Aqua Aerobics and Family Swim sessions, the range of wet activities offer something for everyone. There is also a hydrotherapy pool with pool hoists for ease of accessibility.

Pool inflatable

Swimming just got even more fun with the aqua run pool inflatable at Moulton Leisure Centre! Have you got the balance to conquer the inflatable obstacle course? Available for parties and family fun sessions, suitable for children aged five years and over. 

Group fitness

The group fitness studio at Moulton Leisure Centre offers a huge range of group fitness classes. From intense Les Mills classes to more relaxed Pilates and Yoga sessions, there’s sure to be a class for you. And that’s not all – there’s also state-of-the-art group cycling bikes in a dedicated group cycling studio. Regardless of age, ability or fitness levels, there are group classes to suit everyone. Everyone Active also offer virtual classes, so why not give them a try? 

Health Suite

The health suite will offer you a fantastically relaxing environment in which to unwind. It features a sauna, steam room and a Jacuzzi too. There are also heated beds to help you relax further. It is the ideal place to wind down after a workout.
