Raunds is a market town in North Northamptonshire, England, with a population of 9,379 at the 2021 census. It is situated 21 miles (34 km) north-east of Northampton, on the southern edge of the Nene Valley and surrounded by arable farming land.

Raunds is a historic town, with evidence of human occupation dating back to the Stone Age. It was a Roman settlement, and later became a Saxon village. The town grew in importance during the Middle Ages, and was granted a market charter in 1221.
